Company Policies/Regulations
As from 1st October 2007, It is an offence to sell a knife or sharp edged instrument to any person under the age of 18. When purchasing such items online, we will require payment by Credit Card (not Switch Cards) only and such goods will only be dispatched to the address registered against the credit card.
Purchase of Shotgun Cartridges - For goods to be released, your shotgun certificate (not a copy) must be produced at the time of delivery (or when collecting by prior arrangement in person). A person over 18 may receive or collect shotgun ammunition for a certificate holder provided they produce the holders original certificate accompanied by their written authority to accept delivery or collect the cartridges on their behalf. Discounts maybe available on collection and will bot be applicable when delivery is required. An additional carriage charge will be made in the event of non delivery for failure to adhere to the above. Failure to give 24 hrs notice to cancel a pre arranged collection will incurs a £10.00 surcharge.
Guarantee:
If, for any reason, you are not delighted with your purchase you can return your goods hassle free. Please see Surrey Field Sports returns policy below for more information.
Returns and Exchanges Policy:
If you are not delighted with your purchase all you have to do is return your purchase to Surrey Field Sports within 14 days, fully packaged and in a re-saleable condition, and we will send an exchange item free of charge or a refund (refunds subject to a £4.00 administration charge). We are not able to refund the cost of postage and we are unable to accept returns of Personalised or Made to Order products. When posting goods back to Surrey Field Sports please use recorded delivery as proof of posting as refunds can only be given once goods are received by us.
Damaged Goods:
Before returning damaged goods please call our customer care line on 01483 223274.

Methods of Payment:
Surrey Field Sports Ltd accept Credit Card, Switch and Debit card payment. You should allow 24 hrs for your payment to be cleared and a futher 2-4 working days for your order to be dispatched.
Delivery Charges
A delivery charge is added to your purchase total before you are asked for payment. We recommend choosing Recorded delivery as opposed to Standard Delivery as no responsibity will be taken by Surrey Field Sports Ltd for lossed items in the post.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver all our products to destinations in the UK within 4-7 working days or 10-12 days outside the UK. Next Day or Saturday deliveries are available on request.
If the goods are not delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us by telephone or email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Cartridge Displays are special order items and therefore may require 7-14 days delivery as these are made to order in the UK.
Some especially large or heavy items within our range incur an additional per item delivery cost, as we are unable to deliver them via our standard courier.
International and Remote Deliveries:
There is an extra charge for delivery if you are outside the UK mainland. All non-UK mainland orders will be sent via signed-for delivery at a cost of £15.00 up to a maximum weight of 2000g (2Kg). Goods over 2000g will incur additional carriage charges, please contact us for a quotation prior to placing your order.
Goods are tracked to the point of leaving mainland UK. No responsibility will be taken for loss or damage beyond this point.
All prices are quoted in GBP sterling (£) and, where appropriate, are inclusive of VAT. |
